Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and jillilive ("we," "us," "our," "the Platform"). These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;

jillilive reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure.
To access real-money gaming features on jillilive, you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine contact number, and a valid email address.
3.1 One Account Policy
Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on jillilive. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jillilive employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances therein may be forfeited.
3.2 Account Credentials
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. jillilive will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account where such use results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You agree to notify jillilive immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account.
3.3 Account Verification (KYC)
jillilive is required by law to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. Know Your Customer (KYC) verification requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, or UMID), proof of address, and in some cases, proof of payment method ownership. jillilive reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
jillilive accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank. Additional payment channels may be made available from time to time and will be displayed on the deposit page within your account.
- The minimum deposit amount is ₱50.
- Deposits are credited to your jillilive account in Philippine Peso (PHP).
- jillilive does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
- Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect.
- All funds deposited into your jillilive account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
Note: jillilive does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not listed on the official deposit page. Attempting to deposit via unauthorized channels may result in funds being lost and jillilive accepts no liability for such transactions.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once your account has passed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
jillilive aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the following timeframes:
- GCash / PayMaya: Within 15 minutes to 2 hours of approval
- BPI / BDO / Metrobank: Within 1 to 3 banking days
jillilive reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraud or bonus abuse, or compliance with applicable legal obligations. Players will be notified of any such delay and the reason for it, to the extent permitted by law.
Withdrawal requests may be declined if the account balance includes bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements, or if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity associated with the account.

6.1 Wagering Requirements
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion details. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered twenty times before a withdrawal can be requested.
6.2 Bonus Abuse
jillilive takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. Any player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their account suspended and all bonus-related winnings forfeited.
6.3 Promotion Validity
All promotions have an expiry date. Bonus funds and free spins not used within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from your account. jillilive reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not adversely affect bonuses already claimed and in active use.
All games available on jillilive — including slots, live dealer games, bingo, and sports betting — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game rules specifically address the matter in question.
All slot and RNG-based games on jillilive use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are operated by licensed third-party providers and are subject to their own regulatory oversight.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, jillilive will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. However, jillilive cannot guarantee the continuation of any game session interrupted by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues on the player's end.
Malfunction Policy: In the event of a game malfunction that results in an incorrect payout — whether too high or too low — jillilive reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. Payouts made in error due to a technical fault are not considered valid wins and may be reclaimed by jillilive.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the jillilive platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:
- Registering more than one account on jillilive;
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform;
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using jillilive to process funds derived from illegal activity;
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain — any such exploitation must be reported to jillilive support immediately;
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the jillilive platform;
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing jillilive staff or other players through any communication channel;
- Allowing a third party to access or operate your account on your behalf;
- Accessing jillilive from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
All content on the jillilive platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, software, and trademarks — is the intellectual property of jillilive or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jillilive platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the jillilive platform without our prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jillilive, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
jillilive's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jillilive account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jillilive does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the platform or the information, content, or materials included therein.
jillilive is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino players. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered jillilive players:

jillilive reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:
- You have breached any provision of these Terms;
- We are required to do so by law or regulatory directive;

- Your account has been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months;

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, jillilive reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part.

Minor clarifications or corrections may be made without prior notice.
Your continued use of the jillilive platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with jillilive informally by contacting our support team. jillilive will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice of the dispute.
jillilive operates in compliance with applicable PAGCOR regulations. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official complaint resolution channels.
